They raised $15,000+
Vivan called this afternoon. She was so excited! They raised over $15,000 so Dr. Foster, Vivian, and two of the fifth grade teachers all got haircuts today in front of the whole school. She said the children were so excited that they were all going wild and some were even crying they were so happy! All the Mobile TV stations and newspapers were there to cover the story. Vivian is supposed to send me a disc with the photos on it so I can post them on my blog. Hope they will come soon!

wow thats great...its wonderful to see kids supporting another child, even if it takes a couple of teachers getting haircuts. Maybe if the student with cancer looses his hair it wont be as akward for him with the principe and his teachers having matching hairstyles! I cant wait to see vivian

WOW!! What GREAT news! I can't wait to see some pictures of Vivian and all the other ones that shaved their heads for such a wonderful cause!
All right for Vivian! She is such an inspiration for her kids. They will talk about her the rest of their lives. Way to go!
